* Delivery times are there as a guideline and we will do our very best to get your order with you in those times however, sometimes there may be things that we cannot control which may delay these times.

** Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted

UAE / GCC / Rest of the world deliveries:

• We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are not able to deliver to Qatar, Israel, Russia & Ukraine.
• We will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.
• We use DHL for all our international and UAE deliveries.
• All duties and taxes that you might be charged are not at the responsibility of Sand Dollar.
• Any other extra charges such as change of address or re scheduling of your order, would be a cost you would need to cover.

Dubai deliveries:

• We accept cash or card on delivery
• We also have a prepaid option where you can order online through our STRIPE gateway
• You can now buy now and pay later with our new payment solution TABBY
• We now offer free returns or exchanges on full priced items only within Dubai
• For sale items you must return the item to our office or shop for exchange or credit only
• We have our own team of friendly and helpful driver’s that will deliver your order straight to your door
• Our aim is to have the order with you in 3 hours or less if you wish to.
• For same day delivery, you will need to order before 4pm.
• Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm
• We now deliver everyday including Friday!
