We now offer FREE worldwide delivery on all orders over 500aed!

Our aim here at Sand Dollar is to make sure anything that you order with us is delivered to you with a quick, helpful and hassle-free service. For information on our delivery fees and timings please refer to the below.

**Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Saturday- Thursday) after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the Order was submitted

International deliveries

• We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are not able to deliver to Qatar.
• We will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with an Air Way Bill number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.
• We use DHL for all our international deliveries and Posta Plus for deliveries in the UAE.
• You are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any IMPORT TAXES or COUNTRY TAXES imposed by the delivery destination. Sand Dollar WILL NOT be held responsible for any EXTRA CHARGES.

Dubai deliveries

• We have our own team of friendly and helpful Driver’s that will deliver your order straight to your door.
• Our aim is to have the order with you in 3 hours or less if you wish to.
• We do offer a service where our Driver will wait whilst you try the items you have ordered on before paying for it, you can find out more by calling us on +97145516211 or clicking the Cash On delivery option when ordering and placing a note at the checkout of your order.
