Returns and Exchanges
Here at Sand Dollar, we fully understand that at times, there may be reasons that you might want to return or exchange something you have bought with us, so we are here to make sure we offer a quick and easy return or exchange for you.
Terms and Conditions
- Full refunds and exchanges are available for all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Any items returned to our head office after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund, exchange or store credit.
- Any item that is being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Sand Dollar Dubai has received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
- Sand Dollar Dubai reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer and so any detachable belts, designer packaging or dust bags etc must be included with your return.
- Any excessive activity with regards to returning or exchanging items will be reviewed by Sand Dollar and can be refused at our discretion.
- All refunds will be processed the same day we have approved your returned item and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account if you have paid by card. Cash payments will be retuned immediately and must be collected from our head office once we agree that the returned item has been accepted. We can also deliver the cash back to you but this will incur the usual delivery fee.
- All Final Sale Items (meaning those items bought at a discounted rate whether that be with a promtoin code or sale online) cannot be returned for a refund, we will only accept an exchange for these items as long as it has been returned to us within 14 days from the time it has been purchased.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings and hats for sanitary reasons.
Returning/Exchanging in Dubai
Sand Dollar Dubai can schedule a pick up for your return if you wish, at an extra cost of 25aed. To apply for this service, please call +97145516211 with your order number. This is only applicable within 14 days of you receiving your item.
If you do not wish to apply for our pick-up service, you can drop the item off to either our Head Office location or at any of our Boutique locations along with your original receipt. (Please see below for address information).
Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed or refunded or exchanged in any way. All future shipping charges for returns, exchanges or store credit will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returning/Exchanging outside of Dubai
- A Returns Sheet is provided with each order containing instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. As we are based in Dubai you must return items through a courier service, as any returned items sent by local postal companies will not reach our address. Any items that are not received by Sand Dollar Dubai will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
- If you wish to ship it back using our postal company (DHL) there is a return slip that you can use to send your item back to us. However, the cost for shipping will be deducted off your refunded amount once we have received your item.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
